Almost Baby Time...

Wow. I can't believe that it is almost time to have this baby! When I think about the last nine months, there is a constant thought that goes through my mind. I Love Being Pregnant. It has been an amazing and miraculous experience. I have been blessed with a wonderful pregnancy and even now I am not that uncomfortable. Having this beautiful child growing inside of me is something that I will never, ever get used to. I have never been happier. I am also incredibly blessed to have a husband who supports me constantly. No matter what the mood or the craving. : ) I have never wondered about the kind of father that Seth will be. I have these dreams where Seth is teaching our son how to play a sport, or taking him camping on a boy scout trip. As soon as I think that there is no way I could love Seth more...I do. I am so excited about this next chapter in our lives.

Speaking of next chapters...we are on the move again. Yes, again! A couple of weeks after Baby Poor is born, we will be moving to Richmond, Virginia. We found out about two weeks ago that Seth has been promoted to a Vice President position with his company. He will be managing five offices in Virginia. This is Wonderful news, but we are also really sad to leave Greensboro. As soon as we found out, we started house hunting in Richmond and found a beautiful home. These last couple of weeks have been stressful, but surprisingly not nearly as stressful as they could have been. Everything seems to be falling into place, and the relocation process is running smoothly. I was so scared that I would be living in a hotel room with a newborn, two dogs, and a rat while waiting for Seth to get off work so that we could go and house hunt. My head hurt just thinking about it. Now we can move into our new home right away, and the movers will take care of everything. I will post pics of the new house soon.

Now, on to today's post! Jackie H. got together with us the day after we came back from Richmond and we had our Maternity Photo Session. She has such an amazing talent! We picked 10 or so, and I am posting them here. There were so many pictures that we loved, it was hard to pick only a few to post. We took pictures in the nursery and at the Botanical Gardens. There is also a 3-D picture of Baby Boy Poor included in this post. This picture was taken about three weeks ago, and he has his hand over his mouth. He was also playing with his feet during the ultrasound and he kept opening and closing his eyes. So Cute!

In front of the window wins. It's the one I vote for too. And seeing your husband as a dad is the biggest turn on! ;) Good luck with labor! I hope your experience is as excellent as mine was!

I have to agree, the window ones are so cute. I wish I had done that with Daniel. I looked too much like a beached whale with Matthew. Anyway, good luck, you are so close to getting to meet your little guy!
