Our Busy Week

Wow! We had a very fun and busy week. First, we registered at Babies R Us. We read this book called "Baby Bargains" during my first trimester, and it really helped us register. It has safety ratings, parent reviews, prices, great ideas, etc. They issue a new edition every year to keep up with the latest information. I highly recommend it to any first time mommies and daddies. Registering was fun and a little frustrating. We did feel very accomplished when we were finished, though.


This is our decorated house. I was so excited to put up lights this year that we bought them before Thanksgiving. Since I took this picture a couple of weeks ago, we have also decorated our front porch with lights. I love Christmas!!!















The dogs continue to ask what Santa is bringing for Christmas...

My belly keeps growing, but I can still wear my regular pants. I am sure that will change soon. My latest cravings are for Hostess cupcakes, Golden Grahams, and milk. Our baby boy keeps kicking me, especially at night. He also lets me know when "we" are hungry. : )

This week my cousins (Emily, Caleb, and Emily's daughter Sophie) and the Vlazny's came over for a mini-holiday party. We ate delicious food that Seth made, and watched the kids play. It was great!

Seth gets in some baby boy practice with Caden. I think they like each other a lot!

Brisa is going to kill me for posting this picture! In her defense, Greg was making a funny face too, but he changed it to a smile at the last second. This picture cracks me up!

Sophie opens her presents! She was so cute and said thank you a million times. Watching her open up presents was the highlight of the night.
